The Practice was founded in Headford by Tommie Egan at the commencement of WW2. He moved to the office at 12 St. Francis Street in the early 1950s. His son, Bryan joined and has run the practice since 1992 when Tommie retired.
Bryan graduated with a B.Eng degree from the Ploytechnic of the Southbank, London  and has acquired a great deal of experience as an Architect, Surveyor, Cartographer, Transportation Engineer, Railway Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Planner, Researcher, Project Manager, and Forensic Engineer. Bryan's previous experience includes 14 years working in the UK, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq, working for small and large international Consultants and Contractors.
Byran now operates as a sole trader.
